- In case of dispute, the decision of the Kiowa Casino Management is final.
- Contest rules are subject to change.
- The Kiowa Casino & Hotel management reserves the right to adjust or cancel a promotion at any time.
- The total dollar value based on the tracked points equation will be utilized to determine the dollar value of the total coin to determine the total give-and-go to organizations at the end of the promotional period.
- All organizations must obtain the mandatory permit to receive funds.
- Exclusions: a. Kiowa Casino Properties team members b. All family and household members of Kiowa Casino Properties team members i. Immediate family is defined as spouse, parents, children, siblings and their respective spouses along with defined family members in the internal Human Resources manuals. ii. Household is defined as living within the same residence with one or more of the above-named individuals—including roommates, step-related family members and significant others. c. Kiowa Casino Properties advertising agencies, promotional agencies and other coordinating agencies.
